CMC Marine USA is undergoing significant internal restructuring as it prepares for robust growth in the coming months. With the recent appointment of Raffa Invrea as Managing Director and the addition of Andrea Cavaliere as Operations Manager, the company is poised for a period of transformation and expansion.
Founded in 2019 in Fort Lauderdale, CMC Marine USA is a pivotal part of the ambitious three-year, €10 million growth plan announced by Alessandro Cappiello, focusing on product innovation, increased production capacity, and diversified offerings. The company aims to strengthen its presence in the US market and extend its reach to Central and South America and the Asia Pacific region.
"The United States represents a vast and diverse market with immense potential for growth. Establishing a robust network of distributors and dealers across the country is essential for expanding our brand presence and accessing other active markets such as Brazil, Canada, and the Asia Pacific region," explained Raffa Invrea, the newly appointed Managing Director.
With Invrea's industry insights and expansive personal network, coupled with Cavaliere's expertise and professionalism, CMC Marine USA is set to participate in key American boat shows to tailor its offerings to the unique needs of the US customer base. The company is also launching a new social media strategy on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
