Chinese shipyard Heysea Yachts has received an order for a new Asteria 126 from a local client. The same individual also commissioned an Asteria 96 as well as a 25 meter model from Heysea.
Asteria 126
Built out of composite, the new Asteria 126 will have a length of 38.4 meters coupled with a shallow, 1,54-meter draft. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines, she will have a top speed of 22 knots and a range of 1,200 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Asteria 96
The Asteria 96 was developed in collaboration with Australian naval architects David Bentley Yacht Design. The yacht measures 29.26m in length with a GRP hull and superstructure.
Accommodation is for six guests, split between a master suite and two convertible double staterooms, which can be set up as doubles or twins. Meanwhile the crew quarters allows for a staff of up to three people.
Other key features include a walk-in wardrobe in the owner’s cabin and a separate media room that has been fitted out with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, while subtle accent lighting adds to the relaxed ambience on board.
Asteria 96
Heysea adds that future models can be built with a more powerful engine set-up, resulting in top speeds of up to 28 knots. Other extras include a larger crew quarters with room for five. The shipyard is also currently building a 43-meter yacht as well as a 41-meter, both of which seemed to be destined for the Asian market.

Over the span of August to early October, Custom Line celebrated the launch of four bespoke yachts, ranging in length from 30 to 42 meters, at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard.The festivities commenced on August 1, with the launch of the 32nd hull in the Custom Line Navetta 33 displacement series, attended by the owner’s family from the AMAS region, shipyard workers, and external contractors. This 33-meter yacht, showcasing unmatched refinement and timeless design, boasts a beam of 7.52 meters. The creation of the Custom Line Navetta 33 was a collaborative effort between the Strategic Product Committee, overseeing exterior styling, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, responsible for the interior aesthetics, with contributions from the Custom Line Atelier. Tailored to reflect the unique style of its seasoned owner, the yacht features a significant focus on social spaces, furnished with expansive custom dining and coffee tables that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
