Ancona-based shipyard Cantiere delle Marche has announced the sale of an explorer yacht Acciaio 118'. The project was secured by Konstantin Kolpakov and Richard Kaye from Arcon Yachts, which introduced the customers to the shipyard. Arcon Yachts will also be the Build Representative. The new yacht comes after only six months from the sale of the first Acciaio 105': this model too is designed by Hydrotec.

The yacht, scheduled for delivery in early 2019, joins the other 6 units, all over 100 feet, already under construction at Cantiere delle Marche.
Acciaio 118’ features a strong and robust construction, using steel and aluminum, a round bilge, full displacement hull that in the last projects has evolved including a bulbous bow and shallow water capabilities, high volume, tender garage capable of holding a 6mt tender, enhanced external areas with smooth lines.
The Acciaio 118’ offers a customizable interior layout with unrivaled volumes boasting on average 10 percent more space compared to its rivals. The standard layout holds potentially 6 guest cabins spread over 3 decks with 4 crew cabins. The main deck houses a generous lounge and dining with the full beam owner cabin situated forward. Located on the upper deck is a sky lounge/media room opening to a covered alfresco dining, forward of the helm is a further sun bathing area. Acciaio 118’ offers a huge sun deck hosting custom Jacuzzi, bar, sun bathing and a naturally configured hardtop to allow a sheltered area for dining.
Last December Cantiere delle Marche added to its order book a new Explorer Yacht 108 of the successful range CdM Nauta Air.

Overmarine Group hassold the seventh unit in the Mangusta Oceano 50 series, with the transaction facilitated by Moran Yacht & Ship. Dubbed Project Nexus, this 49.9-meter yacht is designed by Alberto Mancini and will be constructed at Overmarine's facility in Viareggio, Italy. Moran Yacht & Ship will manage the project, with delivery expected in 2028. Upon completion, Project Nexus will join other notable sisterships like Dokinha and Eternity.The first Oceano 50, named Alisa, was delivered in 2021 and went on to secure a victory in its category at the subsequent World Superyacht Awards.Project Nexus offers a flexible accommodation layout, featuring five cabins on the lower deck, including two VIP suites, along with an optional additional VIP cabin or gym, depending on the owner's preferences.
