Italian builder Canados Yachts has delivered the first hull in its 120 Caesar series, christened Lady Elaine, after its launch taking place last month.
The owner’s third Canados, the fully-custom 37-metre vessel features exteriors by in-house Canados team and interior styling by Cristiano Gatto, with free-standing furniture manufactured and decorated by Reflex Angelo.
The yacht’s superstructure was redesigned in accordance with the owner’s preferences, as the usual tender garage aft was replaced with a larger beach club. At the same time, in order to house a 5-metre tender on-board, there has been installed heavy duty tender lift with a 1.5 tonne capacity.
120’ Caesar stands out from the others thanks to her floor-to-ceiling main deck side glass walls and optional terraces featuring pop-up security guardrails.
The boat's interior features a selection of marble and wood chosen by the owner. One of the key points is a salon with massive windows, creating a close to the ocean view and a large amount of natural light inside. What is more, the interior is trademarked with a The kitchen is custom-made by Italian designer Boffi.
Accommodation is for ten guests in five cabins with the owner's suite, featuring two fold-out terraces, located on the fore section of the main deck. Four guest suites sit down below.
Acoustically insulated engine and studied noise management plan provide owner and guest silence and comfort while cruising. Powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M96L 2,600 HP engines, the yacht will be able to reach a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots.
The vessel is now preparing for her maiden voyage. After that, Lady Elaine is set to spend the summer season cruising the waters of Southern Italy ahead of international debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2019.
