Azimut Yachts unveils "Mooring by the Moon," a captivating installation curated by AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi, at Milano Design Week 2024. Inspired by the Seadeck Yacht Series, this immersive experience seamlessly blends beauty and technology to showcase Azimut's commitment to a sustainable future.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Bagni Misteriosi in Milan, "Mooring by the Moon" offers visitors an emotional journey through innovative design and sustainable innovation. Divided into four acts, the installation invites guests to embark on a voyage of discovery, awakening a newfound appreciation for the natural world.
Giovanna Vitelli, Chair of the Azimut|Benetti Group, emphasizes the company's dedication to environmental sustainability, stating, "The difference can and must be made here and now." The installation symbolizes Azimut's tangible commitment to preserving nature for future generations.
Curated by AMDL CIRCLE and architect Michele De Lucchi, the installation unfolds in four stages, each highlighting a different aspect of Azimut's philosophy. From the gentle embrace of the sea to the innovative use of recycled materials, "Mooring by the Moon" celebrates the harmony between man and nature.
The final act showcases the Seadeck 6, Azimut's most efficient yacht yet, embodying the company's efforts to reduce emissions and energy consumption. With the Seadeck Series, Azimut offers a journey back to nature, with a potential reduction in CO2 emissions of up to 40%.
As part of Fuorisalone 2024's theme, "Materia Natura," Azimut, AMDL CIRCLE, and Michele De Lucchi invite visitors to reconnect with the majesty of nature. Through "Mooring by the Moon," guests are transported to a new era of sustainability and harmony with the environment.
