The 70 meter superyacht concept named Serafina was unveiled by Andy Waugh Yacht Design.
The yacht design has an optimized layout providing the perfect balance of interior and exterior space for modern living. She spreads across three decks, providing generous guest accommodation with a vast sundeck with two distinct areas one forward with a large pool and another aft for lounging and entertaining.
An al fresco dining can be found on the bridge deck aft, the main deck houses a more informal main saloon, interior dining and a large full-width owners suite forward. Serafina can accommodate up to 14 guests across seven cabins.
The four guest cabins are located on lower deck and have direct access to the beach club aft thanks to the engine rooms' more forward position, crew have direct access to the engine room and wheelhouse from their living quarters toward the bow. These factors combined minimize crew footfall and disturbance in guest areas.
The styling of the vessel cloaks the accommodation in a dynamic and distinctive form embodying the concept of ‘sophisticated simplicity’. Her lines are bold and economical creating a compact, harmonious aesthetic with both strength and elegance.
Sophisticated sculpting of surfaces and details has been employed to add tension and dynamism without becoming overly complex, she appears sporty despite her large interior spaces.

AES Yacht has launched the 35-meter custom superyacht Mereley I, with exterior and interior design by Milan-based studio Hot Lab, part of the Viken Group. The yacht is now available for purchase through Northrop & Johnson.Enrico Lumini, Hot Lab co-founder and design director, describes the vessel as positioned between a modern explorer and a sportier yacht: "Her volumes clearly reference the tradition of expedition vessels, yet at the same time have a more dynamic and sporty spirit. We wanted to give a sleeker look to a classic explorer."Built to RINA classification, Mereley I features a semi-displacement steel hull, aluminum superstructure, and a transatlantic range of 3,800 nautical miles at 11.5 knots. The design emphasizes contrasts, utilizing dark greys, blacks, and natural tones. Key materials include oak, lacquered finishes, and 3D-textured surfaces. The news was shared during a press conference led by Gulf Craft chairman Mohammed Hussein Alshaali.The Majesty 145 stands as a mid-range offering within the lineup, positioned between the 32.3-meter Majesty 100 Terrace and the 54.4-meter Majesty 175. Interior design by renowned Italian studio Cristiano Gatto Design features a neutral color scheme complemented by warm lighting and navy blue accents. The 35.4-meter Benetti Mediterraneo 116 motor yacht Bella Vita, built in 2020, has been freshly listed for sale by Sean Doyle, Wes Sanford, and Ed Dickinson of Northrop & Johnson. Designed by Giorgio M. Cassetta with naval architecture by Benetti, Bella Vita is the eighth of ten yachts in the Mediterraneo 116 series.Owned continuously since new, the yacht was commissioned by experienced charter guests who sought to customize every space for entertainment purposes.
