Sarp Yachts, located in the Free Zone of Antalya in Turkey, has unveiled its latest superyacht concept, 63m Aouda. Italian studio Hot Lab Yacht & Design is responsible for both the exterior and interior of the yacht.
Aouda can comfortably sleep 12 guests in six staterooms, consisting of one full-beam owner suite located on the upper deck, two full-beam VIP cabins and three guest cabins. The superyacht can also provide accommodation for 14 crew members.
She would be built to ABS and LY3 standards from a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with the name coming from Princess Aouda, a character in Jules Verne's novel "Around the World in 80 Days".
The owner’s suite is surrounded by almost full-height windows, offering panoramic views as well as an abundance of natural light. Sliding doors open through to a private deck area, not overlooked by other areas of the vessel. A 5m pool features a waterfall which flows from a luminous glass column.
Natural materials such as white walnut wood have been applied in combination with white taba frise wood, treasured gold leaf, mother of pearl and full custom genuine leathers. The selection of natural elements constitutes a play of light and dark, strengthened by 3D marble. Panoramic views are guaranteed from the main saloon and sky lounge with full-height windows and sliding doors.
Performance wise she will be powered with a pair of 1,500hp CAT 3512C diesel engines providing a top speed of 16.5 knots, whilst the total fuel capacity of 110,000 litres will allow for a maximum cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
One year ago Sarp Yachts has presented its first superyacht project, Sarp 46. The yacht bears naval architecture by Tanju Kalaycıoglu and interior design by Adam Lay Studio.
