German studio Focus Yacht Design has shared its 60-meter concept. The vessel is meant not only to be an “ocean villa superyacht”, but ‘a yacht that defied expectations’. Named „Scala,“ this Ocean Villa Superyacht unites the concepts of land and sea. Its exterior design harmoniously blends elements of maritime aesthetics with those of land architecture.

At first glance, "Scala" may resemble a catamaran, but she is hidden beneath its unique structure lies a revolutionary SWATH (Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull) design, offering unmatched stability and banishing wave-induced motion sickness. Even amidst storms, it glides beneath the waves, showcasing an architecturally striking appearance.

With an outstanding width of 24 meters and a ceiling height of 3 meters, the interior exudes a spacious and airy ambiance. The atrium and entrance welcome guests with a grand 6.5-meter ceiling height, evoking a sense of arrival.
Its sundeck, sprawling over 400 sq. m, transforms into a party area with a pool and fully certified helipad. This isn't just a home in one beautiful location; Scala offers the freedom to explore stunning coastlines and cross the vast Atlantic Ocean, embracing breathtaking destinations.
