Golden Yachts shipyard in Greece has completed a significant refit of the 60-meter superyacht O'Eva, which has emerged from the construction shed with a transformed Whisper Grey hull and a revamped interior. The contemporary design includes amber and dark wood tones in the main and upper saloon, with calming gray and blue tones filtering throughout the living areas. Collaborating on the refit were Dimitra Agapitou and Studio Massari, both of whom worked on the shipyard's 88-meter Project X.
The shipyard aimed to preserve the original Winch design details while toning down the existing gray plaster, inox metal, and dark wooden floors. Soft fabrics and complementing artwork create a warm, welcoming feeling. The 12-guest accommodation features eight cabins, each with an individual color palette.
One standout feature of O'Eva is the owner’s cabin, which spans half a deck with an adjacent office and a private lounge area boasting 180-degree views. This space can also be transformed into a double en suite cabin for additional guests. The exterior dining area on the upper deck harmonizes with the interior, with laterally disappearing circular doors. The sundeck features a hot tub, bar and barbecue, sunbed arrangements and dining options. Sliding glass panels protect these lounging areas from inclement weather.
Project manager and captain George Mousseris highlighted the yacht's impressive volume of interior and exterior areas. The accommodation areas are comfortable, and there has been a serious ergonomic study of the crew quarters and movement throughout the vessel.
With the refit complete, O'Eva is ready to join the Greek charter market this summer. The redesign is a perfect example of how a refit can transform a yacht, enhancing the vessel's potential and creating new opportunities for cruising and exploring.
