The 60m Come Together has won a Neptune in the prestigious category of ‘Displacement Motor Yachts, 500GT to 1499GT’ at the BOAT International World Superyacht Awards.
Come Together is the first hull in the Amels 60m Limited Editions series. The yacht was built at Amels shipyard and delivered in 2022. She features interior design by Winch Design and an exterior penned by Espen Oeino.
In a harmonious blend of relaxation and sophistication, the 60m yacht Come Together offers a captivating retreat for family and friends. Its design, characterized by a natural and masculine theme, complements the angular exterior created by renowned designer Espen Oeino. The interior spaces feature faceted and chamfered furniture, echoing the yacht's distinctive exterior. Rather than imposing design elements, a deliberate sense of tranquility permeates the yacht's atmosphere.
Connectivity is a key feature throughout the interior, not only in the choice of materials but also in the architectural elements. The central helix column, inspired by traditional Japanese joinery techniques, serves as the backbone of the entry area and spirals through the heart of the yacht, seamlessly connecting its decks. Crafted by hand, each section of the twisting column is unique and expertly joined without the use of glue.
“The harmonious custom interiors of Come Together capture the feel and style of a relaxed family home on the water, promoting a calm atmosphere and involuntary relaxation,” comments Jim Dixon, Winch Design’s Managing Partner & Creative Director, Yachts & Aviation.
Damen Yachting, a division within the Damen Shipyards Group, was created in 2019. The division combines the pedigree and heritage of Amels yachts with a growing portfolio of SeaXplorer yachts and Yacht Support vessels.
