Scheduled for delivery in 2018, the 50-meter, all aluminium Project Ayala has now been sold with Abberley Luxury Yachts introducing the buyer.

Built with maximum weight reduction in mind, Ayla features a hard-chine hull, elaborated according to Heesen’s patented technology, and two optimal power-to-weight ratio MTU 3,860hp engines. This combination of power efficiency and weight under 500 GT, which is relatively low for this size category, enables the yacht to reach a top speed of 23 knots and have a long range of 3,100 nautical miles at 11 knots.

While Hessen designed the exterior of the yacht, its interior was done by Cristiano Gatto, in a New Deco style, ie in sophisticated minimalism. The owners, in turn, will have a chance to add their own touches to the interior space, thanks to an extensive use of upholstery both on its vertical and horizontal surfaces. The more solid elements of the décor, made of walnut timbers and high-gloss ebony, confer timeless elegance.

The motor yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests overnight in her 6 cabins, which comprise a master suit on the main deck, a VIP suit on the lower deck and four cabins that come equipped with private baths.

The Dutch shipyard has about 10 ongoing projects, including another yacht in the 5000 aluminium class, YN 18750, under construction in Oss, awaiting her delivery in 2019.
