Northrop & Johnson has sold the 38.4m Gulf Craft superyacht Altavita with yacht broker Ed Dickinson, representing the seller. The deal was closed in collaboration with Burgess yacht broker Richard Lambert, both of whom represented the seller as joint central agents.
Altavita was launched by yacht's builder from the United Arab Emirates in 2018. The exterior was designed by Gulf Craft, as a part of its Majesty 125 series. Altavita provides an epic luxury travel experience for 12 guests onboard. Meticulously constructed by Nina Seirafi Design, her capacious interior’s ambience mirrors the tranquility of the sea, while offering stunning spaces for both relaxation and entertainment. The lavish main salon is contemporary, sleek and crisp, conjoining beautiful light furnishings with gorgeous, dark wood flooring. With its own balcony off the main salon and a massive TV for movie nights, the main salon serves as the centerpiece of Altavita’s spectacular on-water experience.
Perfect for a family getaway or an on-water adventure with friends, Altavita’s sundeck hosts a Teppanyaki grill and shaded dining area for a scrumptious meal on a sunny afternoon. Her foredeck is the ideal place to kick back on the loungers and enjoy the privacy of a sundowner with your sweetheart as the horizon transforms ahead. To top it all, Altavita’s enchanting main deck aft hosts a massive swim platform with a hydraulic bathing ramp, perfect for when guests embrace the adventure of the tenders and toys.
A pair of Caterpillar Inc engines gives her a cruising speed of 14.0 knots and a top speed of 19.0 knots.
Altavita’s last asking price was EUR 9,950,000.
Since the company’s inception in 1982, Gulf Craft has grown to become one of the top seven shipyards in the world: once a builder of small fishing boats in its modest premises, which was a genuine passion for Gulf Craft, they then established their credentials as a leader of innovation and technology in the yachting industry. With five brands in their product portfolio ranging from 31 to 175 feet, Gulf Craft manufactures yachts and boats that appeal to a wide audience, such as touring passenger vessels, Silvercraft family day boats, Oryx Sport Cruisers, Nomad Explorer Yachts, and the flagship Majesty Yachts.
