Van der Valk has begun the construction on Project 111.11, a 34-meter custom superyacht. The yacht is based on the hull design of the Lady Lene but features a fully custom superstructure and four decks. It boasts five suites, a sky lounge, a main deck saloon, spacious crew quarters, and a multifunctional beach club/sports garage.
Project 111.11 is powered by twin commercial Volvo Penta 750 hp continuous duty engines. The yacht has a distinct exterior design created in collaboration with exterior designer Guido de Groot, featuring straight lines and innovative features such as an asymmetrical lounge on the bridge deck. The main deck has a full-beam master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a private office.
The yacht's owners had a specific vision for the vessel's exterior, resulting in a design with a fondness for straight lines and functional elements that optimize natural light. The yacht also offers an array of al fresco relaxation options, including a sun deck with a forward-facing hot tub and a U-shaped lounging area.
The interior, in this case designed by Carla Guilhem, features oval-shaped windows, chunky chairs, and unique geometric forms, creating an elegant and distinctive atmosphere. The project combines bespoke ideas from the owners with the creative talents of the design team and aims to provide a luxurious and unique yachting experience.
Project 111.11 is set to be launched in Q3 2024.
