Xnoi is a luxury sailing yacht. She was built in 2012 at the La Spezia facility of Perini Navi and last refitted in 2016. Yesterday the 30.65 m superyacht has been sold with Lillo Mazzetti of TWW Yachts representing the seller. The buyer was represented by Robert Yenovkian from Continental Maritime/Boat.gr.




Milan-based studio Nauta Yachts has created her beautiful exterior and interior design. With a beam of 7.2 m and a draft of 4 m, Xnoi has a composite hull. Powered by Cummins engines, she is a very fast performer in all angles of wind.




The minimalistic and comfortable interior of this sailing yacht offers accommodation for 10 guests in 4 rooms, including the ensuite owner’s stateroom to the fore of the main deck, and up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed yacht experience. 





The main deck of the sailing yacht offers a raised saloon with a port-side dining area and a lounge towards starboard. 




The double dinette in the main salon of Xnoi allows guests to experience the four areas of the boat at the same time: the main salon with a large table, a sitting area which can be also used as a second lunch place, and an office area with PC, and a lower salon sitting/TV area.




The large cockpit of Xnoi provides a perfect place for sunbathing, al fresco dining and casual cocktail sipping. Another feature of this impressively fast cruiser is an aft bathing platform, allowing easy access to the water toys.




Xnoi was sold with an asking price of €4,950,000.

Dynamiq has revealed the striking exterior lines and first interior renders of its GTT 170, a 52-meter flagship superyacht. The keel laying for this all-aluminium vessel is set to take place in Antalya, Turkey, during the last week of September.The design, crafted by Dobroserdov Design, boasts a bold aesthetic with strong, angular lines and minimal curves, accentuated by stainless steel and carbon details that highlight its elegant yet high-tech character. Meanwhile, the interiors, created by Milan-based architect Claudio Pironi & Partners, offer a clean and minimalist style, featuring abundant natural marble and teak.As one of the most spacious 50-meter yachts under 500 GT available, the GTT 170 includes multiple luxury areas, five generous guest staterooms, and an exceptional owner’s suite. Notably, it also offers a dedicated spa area complete with a sauna and gym located at the aft, along with a class-leading, two-tiered beach club that features folding bulwarks to maximize space. The sundeck is designed for versatility and enjoyment, highlighted by an impressive outdoor cinema lounge.The GTT 170 is a highly efficient ocean-going vessel with an impressive range of 4,500 nautical miles. With a 2-meter (6'5") draft, it’s well-suited for accessing remote locations in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Thanks to its innovative engineering, the yacht's main engines are 40% smaller than those of its competitors while still delivering comparable performance. Designed specifically for seasoned yachtsmen who dream of world cruising, this 36.8-meter super-efficient steel-hulled yacht is a perfect blend of expedition cruising and family-oriented design.From the outset, the exterior of the RMK120 Seven Seas captivates with its robust trawler-style lines, a hallmark of Vripack’s design philosophy. However, a deeper look reveals a thoughtful focus on enhancing the owner's experience, emphasizing spaces tailored for guest enjoyment while aboard. Each area is meticulously designed to foster connection and comfort, ensuring that time spent on the yacht is nothing short of extraordinary.One standout feature is the aft-facing seating on the three-tiered mezzanine.
