Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of the 24.38m sailing yacht Tatoosh, with Yacht Broker Tom Corkett representing both the buyer and the seller. Originally constructed in 1961 by the esteemed Vic Franck Boatyard in Seattle, Washington, Tatoosh was custom-built for a member of the Boeing Aircraft family. She was designed by Ben Seaborne. Her sturdy Alaskan Yellow Cedar hull, secured with bronze fasteners, showcases exceptional craftsmanship.

The interior of Tatoosh exudes warmth and elegance, featuring exquisite teak paneling and varnished teak- and holly-floors. The main saloon provides a serene environment with a built-in settee and two chairs, ideal for relaxation. The galley is fully equipped with essential appliances, ensuring seamless meal preparation even while at sea.
She accommodates up to eight guests in three beautifully appointed cabins. The full-beam master stateroom boasts two large double berths and an en-suite bathroom. A guest stateroom with double and single berths is located forward on the port side, while an additional guest stateroom on the opposite side features a spacious double berth. Both guest staterooms share a bathroom. The yacht also includes a crew cabin forward, accommodating two crew members.
Tatoosh's expansive deck area showcases an impressive cockpit that comfortably welcomes up to 15 people, with ample seating on either side of the central steering console.
