The Oasis project is from the hands of Lazzara Ombres Architects. A cross over design of a Power Catamaran with the toy capacity of a Shadow yacht. Creating anything unique in the yachting world is a tall order but Oasis has done just that.



 “The innovation is the stepped layout and higher freeboard which achieves a flush, full beam, lower deck” says Joe Lazzara, a third generation yacht designer. “This space is typically used for technical equipment on a traditional Catamaran hull”. The full beam (35.5’) owners apartment with fold down private balconies on each side allows the owner to be closer to the water. A master shower with privacy glass has an endless sight line of the water.



The flush lower deck results in a 900 sq ft. beach club. Home to a combination of toy options; an integrated 6,500 SWL telescoping crane makes launching a 28’ tender easy. With a crew of 5 for 10 guests, thought when into how to store toys including an assortment of Fun Air products. “We consulted with Fun Air engineering for the best locations which allow toys to deploy quicker and have integrated compressors and compartments” said naval architect Ian Ombres.



“Hull maintains traditional Catamaran under carriage clearances but with a step hull to alleviate wave slamming and accommodate various load conditions while under way” added the designer.



With a total combined sq. ft. of 5300, OASIS boasts more interior and exterior usable area than the average 130’ Tri-deck.

Feadship Launches 80m Hybrid Explorer Yacht Valor
Feadship has launched its latest expedition yacht, the 80-meter Valor, from its Aalsmeer facility. Built for a repeat client, the steel-hulled vessel features ice-class reinforcement capable of navigating the Northwest Passage, with Bureau Veritas Young Ice 2 certification.Valor represents Feadship's most advanced hybrid propulsion system to date, combining four variable-speed generators with a massive 5.34MWh lithium-ion battery bank - five times the capacity of 2015's Savannah. The system enables 48 hours of silent, zero-emission operation using battery power alone, with optional Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) biofuel reducing carbon emissions by 90%. Twin Schottel EcoPeller azimuth thrusters deliver a maximum speed of 15 knots.Designed by Studio De Voogt, the exterior features a distinctive naval-inspired profile with a dreadnought bow and widened bulwarks that accommodate outdoor lounge spaces and even a dedicated relief station for the owner's three Golden Retrievers. The yacht's 8.35-meter infinity pool, heated using waste energy recovery, ranks among the largest installed on an 80-meter vessel.Bannenberg & Rowell created the interior using natural materials including custom bronze, stone and wood elements. Notable features include a main staircase comprising 48,001 individual components and vintage McIntosh audio systems. The layout accommodates 14 guests across six suites and an owner's deck complete with private hot tub, office and forward-facing stateroom overlooking the helideck."With Valor, we've achieved something recognizable from outer space," said designer Chris Bottoms of Studio De Voogt, referencing the owner's request for a distinctive profile. The yacht's symmetrical-thrust bow thruster and Quantum XT/MAGlift stabilization systems aim to provide comfort in rough conditions.Currently in final outfitting, Valor will begin sea trials ahead of its scheduled appearance at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show, where it will compete for World Superyacht Awards. The project marks Feadship's continued development of large-scale hybrid yachts, though the shipyard declined to disclose build costs or delivery timeline.Additional amenities include a beach club with fold-down platforms, massage room, gym, and multiple al fresco dining areas connected by a six-deck elevator. Riva has expanded its Destinations collection with a new lounge at Hotel de Mar Gran Meliá in Mallorca, officially opened on May 15. The venue combines Riva’s signature yacht styling with the hotel’s Mediterranean hospitality, featuring mahogany, ribbed maple, and steel finishes alongside iconic Aquariva lamps and Aquarama chairs.The lounge includes an indoor dining area and a sea-view terrace, complemented by a private Riva Privée area. Guests can charter a Rivamare yacht for coastal exploration, sunset aperitifs, or private dining.Located on Mallorca’s Illetas coastline, Hotel de Mar – designed by architect José Antonio Coderch – joins Riva Destinations’ existing lounges in Venice, Monte Carlo, Paris, and Jeddah. CL Yachts has revealed its new CLB65 SUV model, a 19.7-meter sport yacht set to make its global premiere at the 2025 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in Australia. The announcement comes as the brand's existing CLB65 model completes its tour of major boat shows across Asia-Pacific and North America.The SUV variant maintains the B-Series' functional elegance while introducing enhanced versatility for owner-operators. Power options include twin Caterpillar C18 or Volvo Penta D13 diesel engines, both capable of reaching 30 knots. Royal Huisman Begins Construction on 80m+ Sailing Yacht Project 412
Royal Huisman has commenced work on Project 412, an 80-meter-plus sailing yacht for a repeat client. The full-aluminum vessel will rank among the largest sailing yachts built by the Dutch shipyard when completed.The yacht features a carbon rig supplied by Rondal, designed for performance sailing and global circumnavigation. While exterior details remain confidential, the project continues Royal Huisman's specialization in large-scale sailing superyachts.Jan Timmerman, CEO of Royal Huisman, stated: "We are honored to embark on this new super-sized sailing yacht project for a returning owner.
