Famous superyacht Dilbar has been just recently seen in Hamburg. She is the largest motor yacht in the world by gross tonnage, if not by length.

The boat was moving through the English Channel, across the North Sea this week for the first time since the voyage in 2016.
Built by Lürssen and delivered in May 2016, she replaced the owner's previous yacht of the same name, which has since been renamed Ona. When you try to imagine what features does Dilbar has onboard include, it seems too good to be truth. For example, a 25m pool, one of the largest pools ever installed on a yacht, or her 30,000KW electric diesel power plant, which Lürssen claims is the most powerful fitted to a superyacht.

The boat was spotted reaching Hamburg, where Lürssen will be refitted at Lürssen’s enterprise.

Dilbar is owned by famous Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, one of Russia’s richest men. With a net worth of US$ 12.4 billion (September 2019), he definitely can choose such posh yacht. Speaking about the price, Dilbar can be approximately estimated between US$ 800 million and US$ 1 billion. This amount is based on her gross tonnage (15,917t) and a value of US$ 65,000 per ton. The value per ton is based on the contract price of recent Northern European built yachts.

Dilbar is able to reach a top speed of 22.5 knots because of technological innovations and a 30,000kw diesel-electric power plant.
