With the yacht season in Europe entering its peak period, the world’s leading region by the total number of marinas (from tiny to huge) indeed faces yachts pilgrimage in its waters. #1. Port Vauban, Antibes 



One of Europe's oldest and largest ports, Port Vauban is ideally located in the heart of the French Riviera, in Antibes resort, the Alpes-Maritimes department. 

The marina disposes of 1,642 berths (with 250 visitors' berths available), including 19 berths for superyachts along the International Yacht Club d'Antibes. Port Antibes is able to accommodate yachts of up to 170 metres in length, with a maximum draft of 7 metres.

Port Vauban Antibes is hosted by an amazing coastal village, between Monaco and Saint Tropez, with an ancient look that attracts an large number of tourists. Visitors can enjoy sunbathing on unspoilt beaches and visiting superb parks and gardens that form this area's natural heritage. 

Rich with natural reservations such as the Exflora Park, the Eilenroc Gardens and the Thuret Park, the location was also in favour of the representatives of the artistic world. For instance, Picasso painted some of his famous painting in Antibes in the old Chateau Grimaldi that is open for visiting today. Within Port Vauban there is a fuelling station next to the central capitainerie, and all yachts in the port are provided with high-speed broadband internet access as well as shore power and free pump-out of black and grey water. The port is currently monitored by 20 CCTV units, with plans for an additional 165 cameras to be installed, and there is onsite security covering the entire port.

ISA Yachts Sells Second Unit of 45m Unica Steel Series
ISA Yachts has secured the sale of the second hull in its Unica 45M Steel series to a European client, with delivery scheduled for 2028. The steel-hulled, aluminum-superstructure yacht follows the sale of the first unit announced earlier this year.Designed by Enrico Gobbi's Team for Design with naval engineering by ISA Yachts, the 45-meter displacement yacht features 60,000 liters of fuel capacity for extended ocean crossings. The design emphasizes outdoor connectivity through expanded deck spaces and full-height windows.Accommodation includes an owner's suite with lounge area and walk-in wardrobe on the main deck, plus four guest cabins below deck. Crew quarters house nine staff in four cabins, with the captain's cabin adjacent to the wheelhouse.Key features includes three-level stern area with infinity pool, 16-meter flybridge with dual sunbathing areas, two dining areas (indoor formal and outdoor casual), and convertible starboard space for sixth cabin or office use.Performance specifications include twin CAT C32 970kW engines delivering 15-knot top speed and 4,000+ nautical mile range at 10 knots.The sale increases ISA Yachts' current production to 11 vessels across its Ancona and Savona facilities, including three 80-meter projects and two 66-meter yachts. CRN's 70m Project Thunderball Reaches Key Construction Milestones
CRN's 70-meter fully custom superyacht Project Thunderball has entered advanced construction phases at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Division shipyard. The steel and aluminum displacement yacht, scheduled for delivery in 2026, has completed hull and superstructure carpentry work.Developed with Vripack Yacht Design handling exterior styling and preliminary naval architecture, and Nauta Design creating interiors, the project features classic elongated bow lines optimized for cruising efficiency. The five-deck layout accommodates 12 guests and 15 crew across 1,100 GT of interior volume.Current progress includes:exterior fairing completion scheduled for summer 2025,full hull painting to begin September 2025, main deck insulation and compartmentalization completed and initial furniture installations planned for late spring/early summer.Y.CO serves as owner's representative, overseeing construction quality and technical coordination between CRN and specialty contractors. Sanguineti Expands Operations with New Headquarters Near Genoa
Sanguineti, a marine equipment manufacturer and member of Quick Group, has relocated to a new 8,000-square-meter facility in Casarza Ligure, Italy. The €4 million investment includes €1.6 million allocated for new production equipment and €3 million for infrastructure development.The move follows a period of significant growth for the company, with revenues more than doubling over the past two years.
