The M66 RS is the latest addition to the world of blue water cruiser sailing yachts, designed to deliver an exceptional sailing experience with a focus on habitability, comfort, and safety. With an overall length of 20.4 meters and an innovative design, the Mylius M66RS aims to set a new standard in its category.

The hull, designed by Alberto Simeone, showcases cutting-edge yacht design. It features a high prismatic coefficient for improved high-speed performance and a flared hull to reduce wetted surface area and enhance form stability. The flat aft sections increase course stability at high speeds, facilitating surfing and speed when using gennakers.

Equipped with a generous sail plan and constructed from full carbon/epoxy, the Mylius M66RS boasts one of the highest sail area to displacement ratios in its class. Its sail area is one of the largest among similarly sized yachts, ensuring superior performance. The yacht is powered by a Yanmar 4LV170 125kW engine, providing reliable performance in all conditions.

The technical specifications of the Mylius M66RS include a waterline length of 19.20 meters, a maximum beam of 5.73 meters, and a draft of 3.40 meters. The yacht has an approximate displacement of 24,200 kg and a ballast of about 8,450 kg. It features 1000-liter tanks for both water and fuel, allowing for extended cruising autonomy.

The design of the Mylius M66RS is both elegant and functional. Modern lines and large windows ensure excellent visibility and a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The deck is spacious and livable, with a large cockpit and a generous bow area ideal for relaxation during long cruises. Forward and low seating positions allow guests to enjoy sailing from a protected spot, while the main maneuvers are directed back to the cockpit for optimal management.

The interior of the Mylius M66RS is designed to accommodate six guests in three cabins, each with dedicated facilities for maximum comfort and privacy. The central salon, illuminated by large coachroof windows, features a cozy lounge area with two opposing sofas, a dining table, and a generously sized galley located forward of the dinette. The owner's cabin, situated at the bow, includes a private bathroom with a separate shower, while the two twin cabins aft each have a private bathroom and separate shower. There is also a cabin for a crew member.

The Mylius 66RS will be showcased at the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival from September 10-15 and the Genoa International Boat Show from September 19-24, alongside other models from the Piacenza-based shipyard.
