Milan-based Officina Armare Design studio transferred the aesthetics of Lamborghini to the water and came up with the conceptual speed boat A43. Depending on the modification, the vessel is proposed to be equipped with Mercury Racing engines or naturally-aspirated V12 engines like the top-line Italian supercars.
What if you design a boat as if it were a powerful, high-speed supercar? The Italian design studio Officina Armare took the aesthetics and technical solutions of the Lamborghini Centenario Roadster as a model. Speedboat Officina Armare is designed in the traditional Lamborghini design with many broken lines and flat surfaces.
In the concept of the A43 Lamborghini Edition boat, this effect is immediately noticeable in the "low" matte black carbon body with black glossy inserts in the bow and yellow details, a sloping windshield, large side air intakes, aft beveled and narrow LED headlights.
Among the features of the A43 are: side bow thrusters in the bow, redirecting air flow tunnels, providing aerodynamic lifting force and air intakes for cooling motors in a carbon fiber housing. On board the vessel there is a dining table, champagne compartment, air conditioning, sofa, toilet, sink and bathroom with shower. The passenger compartment is more like a sports car interior, although there was a place in it typical of leather and wood trim for boats. Carbon here has become the main element of decoration.
Aft there is an extensive lounge area with a container for champagne. You can hide two Seabob towers under the transom, there are also mounts for bicycles or surfboards.
The Lamborghini boat is equipped with two modified Lamborghini V12 engines, with which it can accelerate to speeds of more than 80 knots, and the Caterpillar Three60 system to improve maneuvering. And although the A43 still exists in the form of renderings, it is assumed that a boat with a displacement of seven tons will be 13.25 meters long and 3.7 meters wide.
The company says the A43 is "more than a speed boat, it's a lifestyle."

Heesen Yachts has announced the passing of its founder, Frans Heesen, on April 23, 2025, in his hometown of Oss. He is survived by his wife Petra, children, and grandchildren.Frans Heesen’s leadership and talent for identifying and nurturing potential were fundamental to the success and growth of Heesen Yachts. Known for his visionary approach and Dutch courage, Heesen took bold steps that shaped the future of the shipyard.One of his most notable achievements was the decision to build the groundbreaking yacht Octopussy, despite significant risks. This project not only succeeded but also brought global recognition to Heesen Yachts.Throughout his career, Frans dedicated himself to creating a family-like atmosphere at the shipyard. Even after the company was sold, the family environment he established remained strong.
