Evo Yachts has launched the Evo R4+, a 13-meter yacht that builds on the success of the Evo R+. This new model offers a closed deck solution and introduces notable enhancements such as an aluminium hard top and a multifunctional stern platform that extends the boat’s length by an extra meter when deployed.
The Evo R4+ retains the sleek exterior and comfortable interiors that have come to define Evo Yachts, while emphasizing transformability to suit various weather conditions. This model, designed by Valerio Rivellini in collaboration with the shipyard, boasts a unique blend of livable exteriors and the comfort of a cabin cruiser.
The aluminium hard top is a standout feature, produced in-house with removable Plexiglas parts that allow for partial openings, adapting to different weather conditions. This hybrid design creates an open yacht feel with the flexibility to switch to a more enclosed setup. Additionally, the hard top includes a spoiler for natural ventilation, Alcantara ceiling panels, and a sophisticated LED lighting system.
In the beach area, the multifunctional stern platform, developed with Besenzoni, adds versatility. It can be lowered to about 80 centimeters below the sea surface, facilitating easy water access and can also extend completely to provide safe boarding from high piers. This platform also accommodates a tender or jet ski without requiring removal, enhancing convenience.
The cockpit and beach area are designed for easy transformation, transitioning from a sun lounge to a dining area seamlessly. The "XTension" bulwarks, a signature feature of Evo Yachts, hydraulically expand to increase the deck space by 40%, creating a spacious 25-square-meter terrace.
Below deck, the interiors are functional and customizable, featuring a double cabin, a well-equipped dinette, and a foldaway table that converts into an additional double bed. The use of premium materials and thoughtful design ensures a comfortable and luxurious experience.
Powered by two 535 HP Volvo Penta IPS 650 engines, the Evo R4+ achieves a top speed of 34 knots and offers a range of approximately 300 nautical miles. This fast day cruiser combines the benefits of a walkaround and a cabin cruiser, catering to owner families seeking a balance between comfort and sportiness for year-round enjoyment.
The Evo Yachts shipyard is based near Naples. She was born in 2014 from a fortunate encounter between Blu Emme Yachts and the Neapolitan yacht designer Valerio Rivellini. The heart and entrepreneurship that kick-started EVO originated from Blu Emme Yachts, a luxury yachts refitting company. Blu Emme was created in 2013 by the Mercuri brothers, a family whose entrepreneurial experience spans different industries.
