The 47m Mengi Yay Serenissima I is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson's Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson. Mengi Yay has introduced Serenissima I, a tri-deck yacht designed in collaboration with naval architect Van Oossanen and acclaimed design studio Nuvolari Lenard. She has been carefully designed around the owner’s requirements, boasting an upper private owner’s deck with its own hot tub and alfresco lounge space. Her sophisticated gentleman’s lounge complete with a cinema room, walk-in wine cellar and drop-down balcony.The traditional aft main saloon and dining room seamlessly flow into the midship guest lobby. She accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins. The master cabin is situated on the bridge deck aft, and boasts a walk-in wardrobe and a lavish en-suite bathroom with sea-view windows and direct access to a private deck with a small dining area, sunpads and a hot tub. The lower deck features four additional guest cabins, including twin en-suite cabins forward and aft cabins that can be configured as doubles or opened to create a full-beam VIP suite. An elevator connects all interior decks for easy movement throughout.The primary alfresco entertainment space, the sundeck, is adorned with chic glass panels midships, sheltering the aft area. Here, guests can unwind in the large hot tub, soak up the sun on plush sunpads or gather around the dining table for meals under the shelter of a hardtop. A cozy firepit aft sets the stage for intimate conversations and relaxation. Walkaround side decks on the bridge deck lead to the flush foredeck, where guests can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. 32m Ron Holland Cutter Iemanja Up for Sale
Camper & Nicholsons has announced the sale of the 32.07m sailing yacht Iemanja, represented by yacht sales advisor Rodrigo Nicholson. Designed by renowned designer Ron Holland and built by Chantiers Naval de Biot, Iemanja has been meticulously maintained and upgraded since its launch in 1989. Iemanja underwent a comprehensive refit in 2018, which included a rebuild of the main engine, new hull paint, a new teak cap rail, and a full systems service and mast and rigging inspection. These upgrades have ensured that the yacht remains in excellent condition, ready for immediate cruising.The yacht features a cutter rig and is well-suited for family cruising, offering flexible accommodation for up to eight guests. The layout includes a full-beam master suite aft, two guest cabins with queen-size berths port and starboard, and a fourth double cabin located forward of the saloon.Iemanja's custom design includes an inviting center cockpit with a bimini, ideal for al fresco dining. The interior is predominantly finished in teak, with the main saloon featuring a maple and rosewood sole. Recent updates to the upholstery provide a light and contemporary style.The asking price for the yacht is $1,750,000. The Italian Sea Group Announces Resale of Admiral 72 | Giorgio Armani Megayacht
The Italian Sea Group has announced the resale of the first Admiral 72 | Giorgio Armani megayacht, which is currently under construction. This sale was facilitated by Michel Chryssicopoulos, Global Managing Partner of IYC, representing the seller, and Darrell Hall of YachtZoo, representing the new buyer.The Admiral 72 | Giorgio Armani is the first of two megayachts designed entirely by Giorgio Armani. The yacht features Armani’s signature style in both its exterior and interior design. Originally slated for presentation at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, the delivery has been postponed to 2025 in the United States due to customizations requested by the new owner.Giovanni Costantino, Founder and CEO of The Italian Sea Group, commented on the sale: “The sale of the megayacht Admiral 72 | Giorgio Armani, a result of an exciting partnership of which I am extremely proud, represents further confirmation of our expansion in the Americas with the sale of the fifth Admiral megayacht. ISA Yachts Begins Construction of New 80-Meter Continental Model
ISA Yachts has commenced construction on the third hull of its new 80-meter “Continental” model. The project has started on speculation and is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2028.
