Partnering with Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture for the exterior, the yacht retains the signature SeaXplorer DNA while incorporating modernized and refined styling.For the interior, Damen Yachting collaborated with London-based Harrison Eidsgaard to create a Manhattan loft-inspired space, focusing on long-term luxurious living. Designed by a renowned British studio, this groundbreaking 88m superyacht redefines luxury living with its innovative layout and emphasis on wellbeing.Scheduled to be showcased at the Feadship stand from March 21 to March 24, Project Fusion epitomizes connectivity, seamlessly blending travel, nature, and human experience. Its standout feature is a double deck beach house, facilitating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the overall sense of wellbeing.Targeting a younger demographic while retaining the quintessential Feadship DNA, Project Fusion prioritizes flexibility and slow living. Organic, smooth corners, open spaces, and a fluid layout characterize the yacht, inviting occupants to embrace a leisurely lifestyle.The interior design accentuates a sense of tranquility and harmony, employing neutral, tactile materials and rustic woods known for their texture and character. Consolidated Financial Report and Draft Financial Statements Announced by TISG
The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (TISG) announced the approval of its Consolidated Financial Report and Draft Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2023. The company experienced remarkable growth, with revenues soaring by 24% to EUR 364 million, surpassing the previous year's EUR 295 million. Additionally, EBITDA surged by 32% to EUR 62 million, exceeding the EUR 47 million recorded in 2022, with an EBITDA Margin of 17%. Net income witnessed a substantial rise of 54% to EUR 37 million compared to EUR 24 million in 2022.Strategically, the company outlined ambitious objectives for 2024 and 2025, aiming for revenues between EUR 400-450 million and EBITDA margins ranging from 17% to 18.5%. This growth trajectory reflects the company's confidence in its operational efficiency and market positioning.TISG attributed its increased margin to several factors, including stringent cost management, enhanced production processes, expanded production capacity, and internalization of key supply chain activities. Investments totaling EUR 10.9 million were made, primarily directed towards increasing production capacity and improving facilities.The company's robust financial performance is underpinned by its strategic outlook, which includes delivering six mega-yachts by the end of 2024 and expanding into the semi-custom projects market to cater to a wider customer base. Collaborating with renowned design and architecture studios, Vallicelli Design and Nuvolari Lenard, CRN ensured that M/Y 139 embodies bespoke elegance.The yacht's exterior is a symphony of sleek lines and sophisticated aesthetics, offering an exquisite blend of form and function. Its expansive external spaces seamlessly merge with the opulent interiors, meticulously crafted to provide the owner family with an unforgettable on-board living experience characterized by privacy and comfort.Measuring 72.26 meters in length overall, with a beam of 12.50 meters and a gross tonnage of 2003 GT, CRN M/Y 139 spans six decks and boasts accommodations for up to 12 guests and 19 crew members. The shipyard's Engineering Department, in collaboration with design firm Lobanov design, has reimagined this iconic vessel, preserving Mangusta's distinctive features while introducing harmonious and visually striking design solutions.Constructed with composite materials at the Group's Viareggio site, the Mangusta 104REV epitomizes the shipyard's expertise in crafting high-speed yachts with exceptional performance and comfort.
