Sea Walk.

Pedigree yachts with low engine hours and strictly private usage are rare and sought-after offers on the brokerage market today. Previously known as Lady Christina, the 62m Oceanco Sea Walk has only once changed hands since delivery and never been chartered.

She was delivered in 2005 for a very experienced yachtsman, who meant to use the vessel for worldwide cruising and opted for electrical convertors to provide easy shorepower connection anywhere in the world as well as large storage areas, good sized pantries and well-appointed crew and service areas.

Gently sloping exterior lines, resembling the flowing sea waves, and large windows effectively conceal the huge volumes of this 1,116GT vessel. Inside, the yacht features an art deco interior penned by Francois Zuretti. All of the wood onboard is finished in a satin varnish which shows the beauty of the timber without the intimidating gleam of high gloss.

A notable twist from conventional layouts is a formal dining room that is located forward on the starboard side of the main deck that spans roughly half the hulls width. A special feature of this dining room is the large opening window which gives the feeling of an open terrace restaurant. The forward part of the main deck is occupied by the wheelhouse, ship office, captains cabin and a bunk cabin suitable for children or additional staff.

The owner’s suite takes up the whole upper deck. It includes a bedroom with superb views through a semi-circle of windows, an impressive dressing room, a spectacular split-level ensuite bathroom and a skylounge opening to a private exterior deck. The headroom in the owner’s suite reaches 2.3m.

The four guest cabins are located on the lower deck aft and have silk panelled walls and attractive marble bathrooms with bathtubs (double cabins) or showers (twins). The fabrics, marbles and joinery details slightly differ from cabin to cabin for a touch of personalization. All cabins have fully updated entertainment systems and controls.

In 2014 Sea Walk underwent an extensive refit, during which Azure Yacht Design and H2 Design studios collaborated on extension of her main deck aft to add a large jacuzzi and create a corridor from the lower deck guest lobby to the beach club. In the redesigned layout you can pass through a watertight door into the tenders garages and beyond to the stern platform without crossing the main saloon dressed for swim. The beach club incorporates a fully tiled steam room with fibre optic ‘twinkling star’ ceiling, and a shower.

Though never been chartered, Sea Walk is built to MCA standards and can easily acquire compliance should her next owner decide to operate her commercially.

Sea Walk has completed her 15 year survey in 2021.

Luna B.

Another remarkable Oceanco yacht that is a must-see in Monaco is the 66m Luna B, which is also available for charter.

Her elegant lines and masterful engineering are complemented by sophisticated yet inviting interior from Alberto Pinto. The earthy colour palette features Macassar ebony and sycamore joinery with nickel-plated finishings. The light and airy sky lounge benefits from large floor-to-ceiling windows and there is a dedicated cinema room.

The yacht sleeps 16 guests across eight cabins. Her full-beam master suite converts to two VIPs and features two dressing rooms and spacious en suites.

The classical rounded transom reminds of vessels of a bygone era, but opens to reveal a contemporary beach club.

A pièce de résistance on Luna B is her expansive sundeck designed around a beautiful scallop-shaped pool with swim jet and spa functions. An impressive aft sunbathing area can also be used as a helipad. The sundeck also features a seating area and wet bar, two large tables that merge into an 18-seat table, an outdoor cinema, a disco and a barbeque.

Sea Pearl.

Fresh from a 2022 refit by the NCA yard in Italy, which involved several key upgrades, a full repaint and a refurbishment inside and out, this 60m is a beautiful representation of Oceanco craftsmanship and Winch Design style.

Expansive guest deck spaces include a large sun deck, spanning almost half the length of the yacht. It features a touch-and-go helipad and sun lounge with wet bar and BBQ aft. There is also an outdoor cinema, disco, a large glass-backed jacuzzi with sunpads forward and climate-controlled gym beneath the hardtop.

On the bridge deck aft there is a semi-circular glass indoor-outdoor dining area with spectacular views.

The main deck aft has a lounge that can also serve for informal dining with a buffet bar and there is internal access to the fold-down swim platform. The main saloon itself is open plan with just a partial bulkhead separating the lounge from the formal dining area forward.

Sea Pearl sleeps 12 guests in six suites inlcuding a duplex owner's suite with a private observation lounge opening to a private foredeck terrace.
