Camper & Nicholsons has announced the appointment of Steve Bailet as marketing director. He is based in our Monaco office. Steve joins our marketing department after 15 years’ experience in marketing including 12 years in the yachting industry.
Steve is a consummate marketing professional with a degree in Business & Administration, and he has extensive industry experience with several superyacht brokerage houses. Steve’s career in yacht marketing began in 2010, and over the last decade he has implemented his strategies for various companies with great success.

Managing the marketing campaigns for 130m+ yachts taught Steve what excellence and tailor-made services truly are. From coordinating specific photoshoots to carefully curated marketing plans, special events and precise media campaigns, the word “excellence” is at the center of his vision.
Steve’s skills in communication and targeted marketing activities drive commercial results. Pairing his business mindset with the latest technology and marketing platforms, Steve is able to ensure that yachts listed with Camper & Nicholsons are seen by all the right people.
Steve intends to take Camper & Nicholsons to the next stage of digital marketing. With eye-catching content and advanced storytelling, he will ensure the brand’s representation is optimized, and that yachts achieve the level of coverage and visibility required.
Steve is taking over from Giulia Callegari, who has decided to move to Dubai for personal and family reasons. Giulia will continue to cooperate with C&N for the development of our brand in the Gulf region.
