Recently delivered superyacht Faith has been recently spotted in the South of France. She saw the light of day on Wednesday 23 November, which is when the superyacht left the construction hall at Feadship facility in Makkum. She measures 96.55m/ 316.8ft and has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Redman Whiteley Dixon was responsible for the exterior design, Chahan Interior for the interior and De Voogt Naval Architects for the naval architecture.
With a gross tonnage of 2,999GT, Faith was built to Lloyds +100A1 class and will fly the Cayman Islands flag. Powered by twin MTU engines of 3,004hp each, she will be able to reach a maximum speed of 17 knots and cruise for 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
The superyacht accommodates 18 guests in 7 double cabins and 2 twins, as well as a crew of 34. The owner's cabin is located on its own private deck with floor to ceiling windows throughout. Amenities include a spa pool aft of her main deck, an extensive beach club with a bar located under the pool, a private cinema and a spa.

CCN Yachting in cooperation with the Turkish shipyard AES Yacht revealed their latest project M/Y Day’s in October 2016. The delivery of this unit is expected in the first half of 2018. The yacht's construction, currently at AES Yacht, is progressing well with steel and aluminium construction being completed, as well as outfitting of all hot works.The joint venture works together with the internationally awarded Italian design studio, Hot Lab Yacht & Design for the interior and exterior style in order to create a brand new project for a private client. The truly experienced Turkish company Endaze Marine Engineering has been named for the naval architecture of the vessel. The project management for the client’s side is carried out by Mr. Jacques Potgieter and Mr. Iain Flockhart. Part of Ice Yachts explorer vessels all-new range, M/Y Day's accommodates 12 guests including owners. The owner’s area occupies the entire upper deck and is characterized by a spacious cabin forward. The apartment like feel, is created by the use of large continuous full height windows all around, two large walk in wardrobe, two generous en suite bathrooms, a gym and a massage room are also present.The guest area is on the main deck with three big VIP cabins, one guest cabin with single beds and an additional supernumerary cabin. All guest cabins are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and a walking closet. Generous crew accommodation is provided for up to 18 crew in the lower deck, plus captain’s cabin on the bridge deck. The yacht comprises five decks, the total length is 68m, while the beam is 13m. The internal volume is very impressive, at more than 1,800 GRT.The interior spaces are characterized by a minimalistic design with an elegant and warm feeling due to the use of refined materials where the natural lights is the main element.Two large tenders are present in the lower deck garage, while a helipad is located forward on the bridge deck. The beach club with shower and head is on the lower deck, a large pool welcomes you at the entrance of the main deck.The yard and yacht designer gave particular attention to the owner's privacy developing a very private and direct access to the sky-lounge business meeting room from the exterior tender arrival position. The owner will use the yacht both for leisure and business and the layout has taking this into consideration.

Perhaps one of the most acclaimed new build projects of 2017, the 106-metre Oceanco's Black Pearl, formerly known as Project Solar, is undergoing sea trials on the North Sea with her sails on.Inspired by the 88-meter Maltese Falcon, built by Perini Navi for the late venture capitalist, Tom Perkins in 2006, Project Solar started when Ken Freivokh was contracted by the owner on 7 July 2010 to handle design and styling on the project. This initially resulted in a 96-metre preliminary concept codenamed Nautilus.Given their involvement with the development of the Maltese Falcon and its DynaRig concept, Dykstra Naval Architects were introduced by Ken Freivokh to the owner and the Nautilus concept, on which they then acted as naval architects. As a result of a highly beneficial collaboration, Dykstra's team were able to refine and further advance the DynaRig system they designed, driven by the owner to push the technology boundaries beyond what the Maltese Falcon had already achieved.As the preliminary concept was moving ahead as scheduled at Ken Freivokh Design, the studio commissioned UK-based, Devonport yachts (Pendennis shipyard) to perform a technical study of the yacht to create the tendering package, which was then submitted to seven leading shipyards in Europe and the United States in June 2011.Freivokh's team had extended the project to 100-metres by November 2011, of which a scale model was produced. Dutch-based Oceanco were ultimately selected by the owner to undertake the build and in 2012, Nuvolari Lenard, who had previously collaborated with Oceanco on other projects, joined the team for the construction of Freivokh's Nautilus design, influencing several tweaks, such as the three emblematic, elliptical hull windows, as well as parts of the superstructure including further development of the original distinctive arches.As the process continued, the hull design kept evolving with active input from the owner following studies by Freivokh's team on the bow swap that highlighted the need for its refinement. By the owner's hand, these modifications gradually evolved into the overhang-to-reverse bow concept that the 106-metre Nautilus concept ultimately bore. Built as Project Y712, S/Y Black Pearl's interior framework and layout was initially created by Ken Freivokh before being refined by the owner, working closely with designer Gerard Villatte. The 85-meter Areti, formerly known as Project Sasha during her build, has been launched by Lürssen in April 2017. Now the German yard has revealed that the superyacht has been delivered to her owner on 19 July and will be displayed at the Monaco Yacht Show this year. Areti will be spending her first summer in the Mediterranean and her world debut will be the highlight of the port during the show. Winch Design has been responsible for both the stunning exterior and interior design and has given the yacht a sleek and perfectly balanced signature, complemented by a traditional but fresh interior styling. The subtle cream hull, along with the white superstructure and grey accents are of a similar design to the owner’s previous yachts. Areti is a voluminous yacht, featuring an enormous and private master suite with eight spacious guest cabins. Many of the entertaining areas of the yacht impose a beach-chic vibe without losing her elegance. On the lower deck aft, one can find spa complete with sauna, hot tub, full depth plunge pool and experience showers. This area further extends to the adjacent relaxation beach club, which in turn, opens up to the vast swim platform via a large transom door.Private and serene exterior deck spaces provide numerous other calm zones where one can feel at home. For example, the owners can fully enjoy their own secluded rest area forward of the owners suite, that boasts its own Jacuzzi and spacious sunbed, along with a breakfast table. Guests can also take advantage of another large Jacuzzi with views from the bridge and sun deck whilst indulging on the generous sun beds. Benetti Classic 121’ Lady Lillian, the 37-meter superyacht with fibreglass hull and superstructure, has been delivered on Wednesday 12 July 2017, and left the shipyard with her owner on board only six days after. Lady Lillian is the 32nd unit of Benetti’s Classic 121’ Range to be sold since the line has been launched. The concept and exteriors of the Classic 121’ are by Stefano Righini, who has worked with Benetti on many occasions through the years, while the designer François Zuretti, who has also contributed to various projects by the shipyard, designed the interiors, giving the boat a modern and contemporary style. The owner contributed largely to the choice of some of the décor elements – such as details, bathroom’s accessories, structural leathers, decorative lights and the layout of the headboards – and of the loose furniture.The layout features four VIP cabins on the Lower Deck plus the owner’s suite, accommodating up to 10 guests. The owner’s full beam suite is in the bow on the Main Deck, while the exteriors are designed to offer guests the ultimate in relaxation, with comfortable seating in addition to a more formal outdoor dining area on the Upper Deck and a more informal one on the Sun Deck, which also features a hydromassage tub, a barbecue area and a bar.Performance wise the superyacht is fitted with 2xMTU2000M72 of 1080 Kw each, providing her a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. The yacht’s range is 3,400 nautical miles at a speed of 11 knots. The second and the third unit of the Benetti Fast 125’ line, Skyler and Constance Joy, have been delivered to their owners in June.
